‘Toy Story’ Trilogy Adds Another Dimension

Posted 1/25/2008 9:34 am by AJ Star and Andrew Sorcini

woodynbuzz.JPGDisney and Pixar are partners in crime once more! Following up on the success of Toy Story and Toy Story 2, the team has decided to add a third installment to the series of computer-animated films about a young boy’s plastic playthings.

Luckily, both Tom Hanks and Tim Allen, the talented voices behind the two main characters (Woody and Buzz Lightyear, respectively), have agreed to star in the upcoming and aptly-named Toy Story 3.

But it’s not enough for them to just make a third movie. No, no. They’ve got to make it in 3D! And if they’re going to make Toy Story 3 in 3D, then they’ve got to go back and remake the first two Toy stories in 3D, as well. That’s just how Disney and Pixar (or as I like to call them, Disnar) roll.

Reuters reports that the first film will be released in theaters October 2, 2009 and the second will hit the big screen once more February 12, 2010. That’s just in time for the newest generation of Disney kids and parents to get caught up before Toy Story 3 is released June 18, 2010.

I can only imagine that if Hannah Montana movie tickets have been sold out for weeks, then getting Toy Story 3 tickets will be worse than any mother of an 8-year-old could even fathom. And Hannah Montana has never even won an Academy Award!

Massages are supposed to relax the body and the mind.

For those folks like Indiana Jones who suffer from ophidiophobi - fear of snakes - Ada Barak’s spa in Israel is not the place they won’t to stop in for a rubdown.

    Live Nude Gamers

People do a lot of odd surveys.  A recent Ipsos Reid poll conducted in Canada at the behest of Microsoft asked a lot of questions about, what else, video games.  I suppose they’re trying to find out just where people play games so they can respond and push the Xbox 360 into the proper areas […]

    Evolution of Sarcasm

Posted 6/20/2008 1:44 pm by Stephanie Sturgis

    Some call it being sarcastic.

Some call it being a smartass.
Either way, it’s apparently proof that we as human beings are evolving.
It seems studies in Israel and California have shown that people with damage to the right side of the brain can not distinguish sarcasm during conversation.
The scientists are saying that those who aren’t able to […]
