Apparently, people with similar obsessions design comparable ways of dealing with them when the obsession is not active. In this case, I mean people who are obsessed with a TV show.
Yesterday, we brought you the definitive look at the Lost island’s Dharma Initiative stations in–finally!–map form. Today, we bring you the most thorough mapping of the Star Trek universe, otherwise known as the United Federation of Planets (UFP).
Geel4ums.com has posted an incredibly high resolution pictorial representation of the beloved Final Frontier. The map is broken down into four distinct parts for your conveniece–the UFP I, II, III and IV.
There are also handy keys with important information regarding the founding of the UFP, its history and current (according to the show) state. Clearly marked on the map are the positions of the planets in relation to each other and to the various kingdoms throughout the universe.
Now it’s easy to follow along with the reruns on the SciFi channel or while watching your own DVD collection. You’ll never again have to sit in agony wondering, “Where is Captain Picard engaging the Enterprise in battle?” or “Where is Data redirecting the ship to?” I suggest laminating your copy as soon as possible.
