Generally, I’m not a fan of renting apartments.  I wouldn’t be a renter and I probably couldn’t be a landlord either.  Not just because I’m not terribly handy or because I don’t like dealing with people, but because I’m terrified that one of my lodgers will attack me with a drill.

British landlord Lee Westwood experienced my nightmare when disgruntled tenant Raymond Douglas went after him with a cordless power drill.  You throw a guy out, then you wake up and find him standing over you, ramming a drill bit into your brain.  Isn’t that just the way things go?  You settle down for a nap and wake up with some maniac trying to kill you.

Not only did Douglas (nicknamed Chaos for obvious reasons) attack Westwood, he also knocked out Westwood’s friend Matthew Ellis (by smacking him with the drill) and attacked Westwood’s son Jack with the drill as well.  There have been a lot of memorable incidents caused by drills, but this is pretty spectacular.  It’s like something out of a bad video nasty from the 80’s!

Oh wait, it IS an 80’s horror movie!  How about that!
