I have to admit that normally I’d never even consider buying a Snuggie, if only because of how much of a pop culture phenomenon they have become.  Maybe that’s just me, but I hate following the trend and just knowing that there are Snuggie parties kind of kills it for me.  Then I saw the commercial for the Weezer Snuggie, and my will snapped like a twig.

Of course, it’s not just a Snuggie.  For $29.95, you get the Weezer Snuggie and the band’s latest album, Raditude.  I was probably going to buy the album anyway, but if you throw in a special promotional item?  I’m hooked.  Yes, I know it’s awful, and it’s just the same Snuggie fleece with Weezer screen-printed on it, but I can’t help myself!  If you tell me there’s something extra-special out there, I just have to pay extra to get it.  Yes, I’m weak.
