So you’ve always wanted to work in a beautiful island environment while also shoveling hot fries, flipping grilled burgers, and slinging Shamrock Shakes?  I don’t blame you.  You get to live by the beach and work for a name you already know and trust, but you don’t have to strain your brain too much.  While Iceland no longer fits your needs, there is a job opening at the McDonald’s location at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  If that something you might be interested in, feel free to apply.The McDonald’s in Gitmo opened in 1986, and has since been followed by other Western food items available only at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, like Subway, Pizza Hut, KFC, and Taco Bell.  So if you get to Cuba and love it, but need a little extra work on the side to make the half of your rent not covered by your McStipend for working in Cuba, you can moonlight for one of the other restaurants.
