When a couple of cows got loose on Interstate 91 near Springfield, Massachusetts, local police were powerful to stop them.  Cops see a whole lot of weird stuff, but how often do you run into cows in Massachusetts?  I’d imagine it’s pretty rare, even in the more rural parts of New England.  Even in the places with cows, I’d imagine they tend not to run wild on the freeway.  Fortunately, a random cowboy stuck in traffic hopped out of his car, lassoed the rogue heifers, and helped cops load them back onto the trailer they escaped from.

That’s right, a random roaming cowboy in Massachusetts saved the day.  He was even wearing a cowboy hat and boots!  Unless the rodeo is in town, how does this ever happen outside of a really lousy, poorly-written movie?  I mean, that’s like a beekeeper just randomly being on the scene of an accident involving a truck full of beehives.
