As you might have heard, large parts of the country have been battered by bad snow falls, and the snow just keeps on coming. It’s a tough job to move pounds of that wet, white stuff off the sidewalks and driveways, so it’s only natural to ask your wife to pitch in and help. However, when she refuses to help, it’s not cool to assault her, which is what Council Bluffs, Iowa, police say a 45-year-old man of doing to his 44-year-old wife.
On the surface, there’s nothing funny about domestic abuse, but when you read how the wife described the incident, it gets a little fishy. As she told the police, the husband struck her in the head with his chest (?) and attempted to pull her out of the house, presumably to get her to pick up a shovel and help out. I’ve heard of a headbutt before, but I’ve never heard about someone chest-butting another person in the head. It seems like that’d be an easy thing to avoid, doesn’t it?
