I’m not sure how this is even possible. You’d think that being handcuffed and being in the fenced-off back of the squad car would make it impossible for someone to get away with a cop car, yet a suspect in Stone Mountain, Georgia successfully escaped from cops by swiping their squad car from under their noses. Somehow, he was able to drive away while handcuffed and successfully eluded police for two hours!
He only drove about a mile in the stolen squad car before he ditched it and hid in the woods. That’s where officers found him, still handcuffed, behind an apartment complex. The Big Boss Man is so disappointed right now. The pride of DeKalb County’s law enforcement community would have never allowed this to happen while he was still alive.
