I don’t know what to make of Justin Bieber.  From his name to his haircut, the kid just confuses me.  That said, nobody was more confused by the fame of Justin Bieber than… Justin Bieber.  One of them is a teenage pop star beloved by millions of teen and tween girls, while the other is a 32-year-old personal injury attorney for the law firm of Clearfield, Kofsky, & Penneys in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The two Justin Biebers could not be more different, yet they share the same name.

The Bieber problem sprang up about the time the younger Bieber started to get famous.  “I started getting 50 to 60 friend requests a week on Facebook, and all of these messages that said, ‘I love you’ or ‘I love it when you sing’ or ‘You’re not Justin Bieber,'” the elder Bieber said.  Things got worse when he joined his law firm:  “At first they wanted me to use my middle name, but I don’t go by Matte Bieber, so that would be even stranger.  So, we went with Justin Matte Bieber.”

Harry Potter totally sympathizes with you, Justin Bieber.  While it sucks to share a name with a famous person (says the guy called Hulk for 20 years of his life), at least you can be glad you’re not famous for walking into a glass door.
