For years, Biserko Lucic has had a problem with his neighbors. Specifically a neighboring shop, which blasted music at all hours of the night and disrupted his sleep. The cops wouldn’t, or couldn’t, do anything about it. So one day, Biserko went berzerko and camped out in front of the police station with his stereo and gave the cops a taste of his suffering with some loud techno beats. Officers immediately scrambled, not to help him, but to beat the tar out of him.
The police have refrained from commenting so far on the accusation that three police officers, in uniform, beat the 46-year-old man for his public display of funkadelics. That just goes to show you, don’t mess with the cops unless you’re willing to take the beating for your cause. Maybe he can get a petition going and get loud and/or annoying noises banned.
