There’s just something about their big day that must drive brides to behave badly.  I mean, there’s a whole show about misbehaving brides that’s become a huge hit, so this must be a common phenomenon.  In Bellevue, Washington, a 31-year-old woman was arrested by state troopers for driving erratically and speeding on Interstate 405.  As it turns out, the drunk driver was the bride-to-be coming back from her bachelorette party on the morning of her wedding!

Fortunately for the lady in question, the police were willing to get her arraignment out of the way.  She was processed and allowed to take a cab home from the station so she could make it to her wedding in nearby Burien, Washington, on time.  Her blood alcohol level was twice Washington state’s legal limit.  Man, if she’s got to drink that much to be married, imagine how much drinking she’ll need to do to get through her marriage after the honeymoon is over!
