Early commuters in Nashville were stalled by an unusual incident on Tuesday morning.

Four canisters releasing what appeared to be a cloud of gas on a ramp caused the traffic shutdown. This was definitely not your average Jello spill closing a highway.

The contents of the abandoned containers turned out to be harmless and not an orange-level terrorist threat.

Bull semen being shipped from Ohio to Texas via Greyhound fell off the bus as it made its way through the curve of the ramp. The cloud was actually created by the dry ice used as the coolant in the damaged containers. It’s just another in a long list of weird spills closing roadways.

Local newscasters at WKRN struggled to describe what had caused the Interstate emergency without delving into junior high humor.

I am guessing there are going to be some disappointed heifers and ranchers in Texas.
