The hearse is a worldwide phenomenon. Whenever you have to take a body to a funeral home or to a funeral, you’ll see a hearse doing that duty. From motorcycle hearses to fancy horse-drawn carriage hearses, only a hearse will really do that job. That’s why you see hearses fairly often on the roads, but in Beverly Hills, California, police made a weird discovery. A female hearse driver was found dead behind the wheel with a body in the back of the car.
She was taking a body to a funeral at the time she died; according to Lt. Lincoln Hoshino, she was discovered around 3 PM. No signs of violence or struggle were noticed. Police believe that the woman died of natural causes behind the wheel. Police have not released the woman’s name or details, nor have they been forthcoming about what funeral home the hearse was from or what cemetery the body was headed to.
