You know the economic crisis is getting bad when even notorious Playboy founder and icon to a generation Hugh Hefner has to cut back on his expenses. Even with a hit reality TV show and a magazine empire, a multi-millionaire can only afford to carry so much in terms of expenses, and Hef has been told to cut back on Bunnies or risk going into bankruptcy. Ouch!
I guess times are tough all over, but no doubt Hugh can find some comfort in the arms of one of his seven girlfriends, including The Girls Next Door stars Kendra Wilson, Holly Madison, and Bridget Marquardt. I guess if Bear Sterns can fall, then so can the man in the smoking jacket. Then again, Bear Sterns isn’t a hero to millions of men throughout the world, and it is definitely not the coolest 80-something in the universe.
On the plus side, soon there are going to be a lot of cute blondes who need a good home. So we’ve got that going for us, which is nice. Perhaps there can be some sort of Adopt-a-Bunny program?
