I think we all want to live a long, healthy life.  Who better to look to for inspiration than Clara Meadmore, a 105-year-old woman who lived all around the world, has her own hair and teeth at an incredibly advanced age, and who lived alone until she entered the Perran Bay nursing home?  Surely she knows all kinds of great tips to keep vital and active.  Her best bit of advice?  Don’t have sex.

“I imagine there is a lot of hassle involved and I have always been busy doing other things,” Miss Meadmore stated in her interview with The Telegraph.  Granted, she has lived a very full life, but no sex?  Ever?  That’s a bit stunning.  That’s like two and a half 40-Year-Old Virgins!

That’s a long life, to be sure, but do you still want to live to be 105?  I sure don’t.  Bring on the Playmates and the coffins.
