The richer and more powerful someone is, the stranger their personal habits become.  Look at Michael Jackson.  He used his billions of dollars to buy his own amusement park and the career of The Beatles.  Just imagine how crazy ol’ Wacko Jacko would be if he were above the law, rather than routinely dragged into court over various personal misdeeds.  That should give you some idea of the depths of oddness and depravity exhibited in Neatorama’s 10 Examples of Royal Weirdness.

Take, for example, Louis XIV of France’s disgusting habit of receiving enemas while holding court.   He reportedly received over 2000 of them in his lifetime, and many of those were with an audience.  He loved enemas so much I’m surprised he didn’t have an enema statue commissioned for the royal court.  I don’t care if you’re the king or not, getting enemas in public with everyone standing around watching is just plain gross.  Seriously.

That’s only the tip of the royal weirdness iceberg.
