It had to happen sometime. Samuel L. Jackson did his best to warn us about this in 2006, but we didn’t listen. He said, loudly and hilariously, that he was quite weary of the presence of elongated legless reptiles in airborne mass transit vehicles, but we didn’t listen. What was the result? A Quantas flight from Alice Springs to Melbourne had to make an emergency landing due to snakes on a plane.
Granted, these reptiles weren’t poisonous rattlers and copperheads. These were just simple pythons. But still, Samuel L. Jackson can’t be everywhere, so we need to exercise a little common sense when it comes to transporting reptiles. Snakes on a plane, monitor lizards on a bus, eels on a hovercraft… it doesn’t matter! Just say no, people!
Even if the snakes offer you a snake massage, don’t fall for it. That’s part of their snake trickery.
