Cesar Lopez is a real pothead.  The 29-year-old was arrested in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, for the oldest mistake in the book.  He had a baggie of marijuana stuck to his forehead.  Police say that Cesar was in a convenience store when police spotted him with a plastic baggie full of drugs stuck to his forehead.  Oblivious (or too high to notice, Cesar was searching his hat for his stash when the cops nicked him.  Talk about your dumb criminals!

For all those people that say marijuana doesn’t , here’s proof that it does.  How do you not notice the bag stuck to your forehead?  No matter how baked you are, couldn’t you feel that on your brow?  That’s a drug bust no cop should mishandle, unless the suspect has a portable video game system to distract them with.
