You know them, and you, well… don’t love them. They populate every office and are instantly recognizable once you’ve been working in a place for longer than six months. They’re the four most obnoxious attitudes in the office, and odds are if you can’t name the four of them you work with, you’re one of them.
If I had to pick one to describe myself, I’d be the naysayer. I can find the flaw in any plan, even if I’m prudent enough to occasionally keep my comments to myself. No matter how bad a boss might be, I could never be a suck-up, I hate drama and drama queens with a passion, and I hate being the center of attention so I’m definitely not one to toot my own horn, even when it’s necessary. I do my best to keep my head down and my mouth shut. You avoid a lot of attention that way, but it’s generally crucial to my survival in any long-term employment situation.
