It’s that time of year again. This morning, at 3:00 AM, you were supposed to move your clocks back an hour, as daylight savings time has come to an end. If you’re like me, then you didn’t do that and waited until you got up this morning to reset all your clocks. If you need a little help finding the right time, go here (Eastern Time Zone) or here (Pacific Time Zone). Not all of us have time sink clock screensavers, so sometimes you need a little extra help.
So why do we do this Daylight Savings? What’s the whole point? Well, the purpose is to extend daylight hours for when people will be using them. In summer, we move the clocks ahead to squeeze out more daylight, and in fall we move clocks back to maximize what little daylight there is.
