Taking a page from the playbook of one Sho Kosugi, when a disgruntled former graduate student had a score to settle, he didn’t go for a gun. No sir or ma’am, firearms are for fools. Kshitij Shrotri went for the more civilized implement of death, the sword. Police say he went back to Georgia Tech and attacked a researcher at the university with a samurai sword, severely injuring the man.
The attack left two people hurt in all; I assume the stabber and the stab-ee were the injured parties, but maybe Shrotri slashed a guard or something on his way out. You can never tell with those crafty ninjas. I assume the attacker was a ninja, because he stabbed an unarmed opponent, and no honorable samurai would ever raise his katana against an unarmed, inferior foe. Lee Van Cleef taught me that.
Perhaps he was defending Georgia Tech against a Namahage attack?
