You know, as much flack as the Polish take for lack of intelligence, that’s not always the case.  Look at master thief Stanislaw Muchy!  His plan was genius!  What Stan would do is mail himself to businesses he wanted to rob, break out of his box when everyone had gone home for the day, rob the joint, then box himself and his loot up and mail himself back home to Warsaw!  It’s a genius plan, isn’t it?

What tripped Stanislaw’s plan up is that classic:  betrayal.  He had a falling out with his accomplice (the guy mailing out the package of thief), who turned the 39-year-old burglar over to the authorities and spilled the beans on how the plan worked in the process.  And honestly?  It’s a really ingenious plan.

The only thing that might have slowed this guy down was when someone else opened the package.  If they cracked it open as soon as they got it, like I do when I get a package in, then the whole scheme might have been blown.  Still, it’s a great idea.
