It’s beginning to look a lot like a major hole in Apple’s security. I’m not sure how or why they keep getting products leaked in Vietnam of all places, but it’s happening again. For the second time, an Apple product has been leaked early in the Communist wonderland that is Vietnam. The last time, it was an iPhone 4G. This time, it’s a white unibody MacBook, in complete commercial packaging. The machine surfaced on the Vietnamese website Tinhte.com, and here are all the details on the latest wonder device from our friends at Cupertino.
Of the many upgrades to the MacBook line, there’s the body. It’s a white plastic unibody, like the MacBook Pro’s aluminum unibody design. The processor is getting a speed bump to 2.4GHz, the graphics card is getting bumped to an almost-MacBook Pro caliber NVIDIA GeForce 320M, and there’s also a new fray-proof power cable.
I really don’t get this; do they make Apple computers in Vietnam and then ship them to America for sale? How is Vietnam, of ALL countries, getting all these early Apple leaks all of a sudden? Can someone explain this to me?
