Donald Trump is famous for his ruthlessness in the business world, and his inflexibility when it comes to his personal feelings.  I mean, who can forget his war of words with Rosie O’Donnell, or his decision to modernize the Miss USA pageant by having the contestants pose in sexy clothing for photo shoots?  One word that is not associated with The Donald is nice, yet he was overflowing with kindness towards the winner of last night’s Celebrity Apprentice.  Bret Michaels won the third Celebrity Apprentice, raising $250,000 for the American Diabetes Association.

Michaels, real name Bret Michael Sychak, won the 2010 edition of the Celebrity Apprentice by overcoming not only the other contestants, but his own health.  Michaels has been diabetic since age 7, which is bad enough.  However, in recent months, he’s also overcome an emergency appendectomy, a brain hemorrhage, a hole in his heart, and a warning stroke.  I’m not sure what’s more impressive, winning the show in spite of several near-fatal medical ailments, or winning over Donald Trump!
