If there’s one thing you can say about police constable Glen Campbell (not the musician), it’s that he knows how to drink. On November 6, 2009, he was arrested with a staggering 0.395 blood alcohol level after collapsing in a parking lot at a supermarket. (The legal limit in the United States is 0.08.) While heading to court to see about that epic DUI, guess what? He got arrested for a DUI on his way to court for his first DUI!
Obviously, Officer Campbell didn’t learn his lesson. However, this time, his blood-alcohol level was only 0.253, so he’s at least not drinking enough to nearly die from it? I mean, is a slight improvement still an improvement? Or was he only blowing three times the legal limit because he was running late on his way to court and had to make good time to get there, so he couldn’t stop for his customary bottle of wine?
At least he wasn’t being stupid while drinking on the job. Officer Campbell is really setting the bar high for all future alcoholic cops, that’s for sure!
