At first, the school children returning to their learning tasks at Adolf Reichwein School in the northwestern city of Essen, Germany, were probably bummed out. Yes, they got their traditional paper cone full of back-to-school candy, but volunteers from the German Communist Party (who were handing out the sugary propaganda) had also inserted pens into every cone. Blech, who needs a pen?! Of course, the elementary schoolers were given fun novelty pens light up pens that just so happened to contain pornographic content when activated, so that probably changed a few minds (and caused a few early puberties in the process).
That’s right, due to a mix-up at the discount store, the German Communist Party gave out porno to 6-year-old children. Cue the blame-shifting outrage: “The German Communist Party deeply regrets what has happened and is outraged that this kind of thing, which borders on pornography, can be purchased in normal shops,” said a party official, who added that their Communist lawyers were investigating as to whether or not the shop could be sued. They also offered to exchange the pens of something more suitable, like the Jenna Jameson 2010 Calendar.
