Like manna from heaven. The liquid of the gods. Tastier than a mother’s milk.
I’ve heard beer described in all those ways.
Now, there is actually something that brings a mother’s milk and an adult beverage together. The Dark Horse Brewing Company in Marshall, Michigan may not have made the United States of Beer map, but it is preparing a brew that maybe only a baby could love. We won’t know for sure until the beer’s debut at the Extreme Beer Festival in Boston in March.
Dark Horse head brewer and owner Aaron Morse is concocting a batch of beer that uses baby formula instead of lactose to create a cream ale. Morse has dubbed his latest creation the “Uber Boober.”
Morse actually contacted Enfamil about purchasing their product for use in his cream ale, but was rebuffed by the baby formula company.
Uber Boober isn’t the brew master’s first foray into unusual frothy beverages. Morse previously brewed a Donut Beer that would send Homer Simpson into orbit and maybe break up his love affair with Duff.
