Yale Law School is one of the most prestigious universities in our nation. Known for educating Supreme Court justices, I imagine you won’t find Dr. Seuss‘ famous bit of literature “Go Dog Go” inside its huge library that includes more than a million books.
Starting next week, what you will find in the Yale library is a therapy dog named Monty that stressed out students can check out for 30-minute intervals.
Pets have been used for years in nursing homes to help patients relax and find comfort.
Yale is taking that method and adapting it to aid its harried students prepping for the bar.
So far, they haven’t revealed what breed of dog Monty is, but I doubt it is one of those competing yearly for the title of Ugliest Dog or even Best of Show.
