Peyton and Eli Manning are FOOTBALL COPS!

When it comes to accomplishments, you don’t get much more accomplished than a pair of Super Bowl-champion quarterbacks, one of whom has made 11 straight Pro Bowls, and their Hall of Fame father.  However, with the National Football League looking to lock the players out next season, the Manning family  of Peyton, Eli, and Archie, are looking for new ways to bring in a little extra money.  Hence, moonlighting.  Taking a cue from Peyton, the Manning family will be starring in a new DirecTV show called Football Cops.

Unfortunately (for now), Football Cops isn’t a real show; it’s just a DirecTV commercial.  Still, it’s a GREAT commercial, especially how they were able to work Archie in as the straight-laced precinct boss trying to reign in the out-of-control Football Cops.  As a side note:  Eli Manning should totally grow a handlebar mustache, because it looks really boss and while it won’t make him a better quarterback, it’ll give him a certain Jim McMahon flair that he lacks.
