The Fourth of July is a great time to get together with family and friends.  There’s barbecue, games, and most importantly, fireworks.  Now, fireworks are great, but they can also be kind of dangerous.  After all, it’s basically tiny, colorful explosives.  Where there’s fireworks, there’s fireworks safety; where there’s fireworks safety, there’s the Preventor.  The Preventor is the star of Dangerous Games, the best worst public service announcement I’ve ever seen.  Courtesy of the California State Fire Marshal, here’s The Preventor in Dangerous Games!

On a serious note, I hope everyone out there has a happy, safe Fourth of July celebration.  Spend time with your family and friends, watch some fireworks, or just hole up inside (away from the record heat) and watch the Twilight Zone marathon on television or something.  Whatever you do to celebrate, be safe, have fun, and remember you’re in one of the greatest countries in the world and you have the freedom to do pretty much whatever you want.  Enjoy that, because a lot of people have sacrificed everything to give you that freedom.
