Drunk and belligerent, Johna Turner refused to leave the home of a man she was having a domestic dispute with. She couldn’t leave, because she wanted to take her dogs with her. The police were called to the scene in Longmont, Colorado, where a witness told the police officer who showed up on the scene to check Turner’s pants. As it turns out, Johna Turner had a puppy stuck down her pants. When she shook her leg, out came the tiny chihuahua puppy; when that happened, Turner was arrested.
The puppy was one of four in the apartment, along with the Chihuahua/Beagle mix mother. Turner is being held on $2500 bond. She is being charged for one count of misdemeanor animal cruelty for the puppy’s impromptu dark ride. The puppy, which was born on August 31, was not injured as a result of the trip to the pants party. The dogs were transported to the Longmont Humane Society.
The cause of the domestic dispute was not revealed.
