Frank Ocean is the latest musician to take a beating from Chris Brown.
Chris Brown and Frank Ocean have a history of confrontation, but it has not been physical until their most recent clash. Mostly, it’s been rumors of notorious woman-beater Chris Brown using homophobic slurs against Ocean, the first gay hip-hop star, though Brown has denied this on Twitter. Well, apparently all that tension came to a head over the weekend at the Westlake Recording studio in Los Angeles, California. Chris Brown and Frank Ocean got into a fight over a parking space. Oh, celebrities.
Of course, both sides tell the story differently. Chris Brown’s insiders said that when Chris went over to shake Frank Ocean’s hand, one of Frank’s people punched him. Frank Ocean says that he got jumped by Chris and two of his handlers before his people got involved. A total of six people were involved in the fray, which left Ocean with an injured hand and Brown fleeing before the police could show up and get his side of the story. Hence, Ocean is the one referred to as the victim in the police report. Still, Ocean is keeping a good sense of humor about the whole thing, at least on Twitter.
Tweeted Ocean: “Got jumped by Chris and a couple of guys. lol,” and, “Cut my hand now I can’t play with two hands at the grammys.”
