A newspaper in London has revived the flurry of interest surrounding the video of a “witch” flying off a Mexican cliff and soaring over the local terrain around Monterey, Mexico.

Is it a balloon?

Is it a witch?

Is it a UFO?

If’ it’s a witch, could it be Endora or the Wicked Witch of the West or maybe even Glenda the Good Witch?

I’m not sure, but it does make for an interesting bit of footage.

The video includes some crazy footage of local police officers who have had run-ins with the flying pointy-hatted one.
