Nathalie Blanchard claims she was just following doctor’s orders when she attended a Chippendales male dance revue at a local bar. After all, in order to treat her long-term depression, her doctor told her to go out to bars, hang out with friends, take vacations, and generally have fun. However, her Facebook update pictures may have cost her her disability benefits, forcing her to endure the horrors of returning to work! Oh no!
Maybe that was part of her anti-depression prescription, I don’t know. Canadian authorities, for the record, say she lost her benefits for reasons other than those posted to her Facebook page. If you are on disability because you’ve got a case of the blues, it’s probably in your best interest to keep your fun times on the down-low. Even if it is medically necessary partying, it isn’t in your best interest to draw attention to your fun and frolic.
