No doubt your mother and all the other authority figures told you that you’d never get anywhere in life playing video games all day. Now, 2K Sports is offering you a chance to show them all how wrong they were. All you have to do is pitch a perfect game in MLB 2K10 for the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 and you can be $1 million dollars richer for your efforts. Of course, there is a catch; there’s always a catch.
The biggest hurdle is you have to be the first to pitch that perfect game. The contest begins on March 2 and ends on May 2, 2010, so you have 60 days in which to accomplish this feat. You have to play the computer on MLB Today mode, you can’t cheat, and you have to record the whole game from beginning to end on DVD and mail it off to 2K Sports, where it’ll be inspected by the Guinness of video game records, Twin Galaxies. See the official rules for more details.
If you jump through all those hoops, you’ve definitely earned your million bucks. Good luck, gamers!
