Throughout history, all the great men of the world have had beards.  They’re dignified, keep your face warm, and are a classic sign of only the most intelligent and interesting of men.  Unfortunately for those of us who like to have a little dignified facial pelt, society has frowned on the beard in recent years, but don’t worry, my beardly brethren, the face-pelt is coming back, and it’s going to be better than ever.  Mark my words.

It’s not a moment too soon, if you ask me.  All your major deities and prophets in all your major religions have sported beards.  There’s a reason for that.  A man isn’t a man until he’s worn a glorious chin covering.  A beard on a man says, “Yes, I’m so awesome I can grow this on my face and people will still respect me.  Even fear and, dare I say, love me.”  That’s why I’ve got a beard, and that’s why you should grow a beard too, if you’re able.

I pity the beardless.
