Not the baby in question.

Well, this is a great example of the difference between certain cultures.  A 10-year-old Romanian girl in Spain gives birth and her mother is thrilled.  An 11-year-old Bulgarian gypsy gets married and has a baby on the same day.  However, when an 11-year-old girl gives birth in Australia, her 30-year-old baby daddy gets arrested and charged with 18 counts of rape, sexual penetration of a child, and other awful-sounding (and awful) crimes.

The man was arrested in September, after the preteen girl gave birth in Victoria, Australia.  Police have not released his identity, nor the identity of the girl, but they do confirm that they have him in custody.  Police are withholding details of the investigation to conceal the identify of the baby with the baby.

This is just… I don’t even have any words for this.  I guess “horrible” would be a good start.  See also:  disgusting, depraved, frightening, and terrifying.  This is why I’d rather have a boy; all you have to worry about then is keeping him away from priests and zombie Michael Jackson.
