If it’s true, it couldn’t have happened to a nicer double-murderer. Apparently, a little justice caught up with OJ Simpson behind bars, if you believe the rumors. The word is that OJ was running his mouth behind bars about his history of dating white women, and he got overheard by a group of white supremacists (who obviously didn’t take too kindly to the bragging). So, the skinheads waited until he was in the yard, then they kicked the tar out of him. OJ Simpson was beaten by a skinhead during an attack at Nevada’s Lovelock Correctional Center, say the rumors. In fact, OJ was beaten so brutally he spent three weeks in the infirmary and now fears leaving his sell without the posse of prisoners he pays for protection.
“Unfortunately for O.J., a group of young skinhead punks were within earshot – and they were enraged,” said Simpson’s former business partner Bruce Fromong in an interview with The Enquirer. “They waited for a day when he would be in the exercise yard without his usual posse of black prisoners. O.J. was completely unprotected when one of the toughest of the skinheads – who’s in his mid-20s – jumped him.”
Take this story with a grain of salt. While it’s being reported everywhere, the original source was the Pulitzer-Prize nominated National Enquirer. Then again, the Enquirer was right about John Edwards, so this story may be true for all we know. The National Enquirer has about as much credibility as the New York Times these days!
