After divorcing Tiger Woods in the wake of his massive cheating scandal, Elin Nordegren used some of the $110 million dollars she took from Woods in her divorce to buy a mansion in the posh Seminole Landing area of Palm Beach, Florida. Basically, she bought a posh house in the poshest neighborhood of a very posh city. That wasn’t enough for her. Elin Nordegren has demolished a $12.2 million dollar mansion in order to build her dream home.
The home, which has 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, apparently wasn’t good enough for the 32-year-old former model and her two children with the golfing great, so in came the wrecking balls and down came $12.2 million. In its place will be… well, it’s safe to assume it’ll be an even grander mansion more to Nordegren’s specifications, but nobody knows for sure what it will be like. The construction crews, architects, and all involved have been made to sign confidentiality agreements with Nordegren.
