In August 2011, Vincent Burroughs was first contacted by the Internal Revenue Service with an ominous warning concerning an audit.  Nobody wants to be audited by the IRS, so when IRS agent Dora Abrahamson called him, he came running.  After all, it’s an audit.  That can ruin your life to the tune of millions of dollars if you’re not careful.  Hence, when the agent began to pressure Burroughs into performing activities he wasn’t exactly into, he submitted.  Vincent Burroughs has filed a lawsuit in US District Court claiming IRS agent Dora Abrahamson coerced him into sex.

“She was sending me texts that she wanted to come out, give me massages because she needed to help me relax,” said Burroughs said in an interview with KVAL News in Fall Creek, Oregon.  ”She said she knew more than my mother knew about me.”

As the relationship deepened over the next two months, Burroughs alleges that Abrahamson continued to flirt with him, offering to give him massages, asking to meet, and sending sexy photos of herself to him via text.  In September 2011, everything came to a head when Abrahamson showed up at Burroughs’ door wearing her sexiest outfit.

“Next thing I know, she’s at my gate, honking…so I opened my gate, she came into my property dressed exactly like [when] she texted me,” Burroughs said.  ”She said that she could impose no penalty, or a 40% penalty, and that if he would give her what she wanted, she would give him what she needed.”

The lawsuit was filed by Burroughs’ legal team on January 25.  He is seeking restitution from the US government over the IRS’s employment of a dangerous rogue agent and its failure to enforce rules related to his privacy.   As for the IRS, they have not publicly responded to the accusations.
