It’s a pretty great wall.

Donald Trump has somehow become the Republican nominee for President of the United States despite being pretty unpopular, both in his own party and in the general public.  Trump hasn’t been afraid of anyone, and he’s not been worried about keeping anyone other than his rabid supporters happy.  No matter what he says or does, people keep talking about him and he keeps getting attention.  Now, a Los Angeles artist has taken his issues with Trump directly to one of the media mogul’s favorite things:  his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  A 6-inch wall, complete with razor wire, has been built around Donald Trump’s Hollywood star.

Of course, one of Trump’s bigger promises on the campaign trail has been building a wall on the border between the US and Mexico, and somehow making Mexico pay for it.  Hence, the tiny Trump wall; complete with “keep out” warning.  He’s also created parking signs labeled “No Trump Anytime” and “No Kardashian Anytime” among other things.

Here’s a statement about the piece from LA street artist Plastic Jesus, the man behind the art:  “Hollywood sight-seers on the famous walk of fame were confronted with an unusual edition to Trump’s Famous Star.  Someone had built a 6″ tall grey concrete wall around it.  Complete with ‘Keep out’ signs and topped with razor wire.  The unofficial addition to the iconic star appeared early Tuesday afternoon, to the amusement of onlookers.”
