Everyone likes chocolate. Most people love chocolate. The question is would you be able to stay in an all-chocolate room? I’m not just talking a room full of chocolate, though the room is full of tables of delicious Godiva chocolate as a reward for their annual Valentine’s Day giveaway (the room will be put together in May). I mean chairs coated in chocolate, candy logs in the faux fireplace, foil-wrapped chocolates in the chandelier, chocolates built into the furniture… it’s a luxury hotel room made from chocolate! Check out the photo gallery for maximum effect (but I wouldn’t recommend it if you haven’t had breakfast yet, as my stomach is growling just looking at it!)
It looks gorgeous, and as someone who has bought Godiva chocolates for Valentine’s Day on a couple of occasions, I can only imagine how expensive the room was to put together. Not to mention how delicious the room would be to gnaw on. The smell alone would be amazing, not to mention getting the chance to just literally roll around in chocolate goodness.
It’d be a shame to chew a chunk out of a chocolate chair, but since it’s Godiva, and after the room has been used it will be dismantled, well… I’d probably take everything that isn’t nailed down home for future eating. I’m talking suitcases filled with foil-wrapped chocolates, bedding, and a candy chocolate log to chew on during the flight home.
