It started off as a joke.  Nobody would possibly believe that a shirt with three wolves and the moon on it would give you special powers, right?  Well, for the state of New Hampshire and printing company The Mountain, makers of the Three Moon Wolf shirt, that little article of clothing has special powers.  The tee has made so much money for the state that it’s been declared the official state tee shirt for economic development by the New Hampshire Division of Economy Development!

The appeal of the shirt goes far beyond Internet nerds and wolf enthusiasts.  The Three Wolf Moon shirt has been worn by actors Rainn Wilson of “The Office” and Allan Hyde of “True Blood” fame AND the Bravo Company 1st Combat Engineer Battalion of the United States Marine Corps.  Now, New Hampshire hopes the shirt will do for the state’s economy what it does for the wearer’s sex appeal.
