Remember the old Meatloaf song “I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That)” and how it sparked all sorts of discussion what “that” might have been?  Well, there’s a lot of things people won’t do for love, and I imagine most of those things are the sort of things undertaken by Patricia Dye in her quest to date a teenage hottie.  The woman, who is 31, posed as a 14-year-old boy named Matt Abrams to have a sexual relationship with a teenage girl.  It’s like Boys Don’t Cry, but creepy and without the tragic ending.

The woman, from Franklin, Ohio, turned herself into Warren County authorities and is charged with charged with unlawful sexual conduct with and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.   Why Day pretended to be the opposite gender to ensnare her young girlfriend, and how she managed to pretend to be the wrong gender, are a mystery to me, given that, you know, they supposedly had sex.  I suppose those gross details will emerge during the trial.

I have to say, she does really pull off looking like a teenage boy, especially in the face.
