I think we’ve all stopped at the store to try those little free sample products they have out, like when they have the griddle out and they’re frying up little sausage bites or giving out little shots of lemonade or what-have-you. Everyone loves those, right? Well, a woman in Albuquerque, New Mexico isn’t loving her samples anymore. A woman in New Mexico claims the yogurt sample she got at the Sunflower Market was contaminated with semen. Fortunately, she recognized the taste and didn’t swallow her unwanted protein supplement.
If you’re like me, your gag reflex is kicking in right about now. It’s natural to feel disgusted at a story like this. Anthony Garcia, 31, was arrested by the police after the accusation; as it turns out, he’s got two bench warrants out for him, including one for failure to report for arraignment on two counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor. Police are testing the yogurt sample as we speak.
“We found where she basically spit out the possible evidence,” said police spokeswoman Sgt. Trish Hoffman. “As far back as I can remember this is the first time that we’ve ever dealt with this.”
Eating yogurt is a great way to lose weight (just ask Drew Carey), but not because it’s contaminated with some guy’s juice.
