His name is Isaiah Mustafa, a former professional football player in the NFL, but you don’t know him for his football glory.  No, you know Mustafa for his distinctive voice and shirtless torso, walking through a variety of hilarious and weird Old Spice commercials, speaking in a deep voice while accomplishing tasks effortlessly.  He’s the kind of guy everyone wants to be or be with, thanks to his general charisma and killer abs.  As it turns out, he’s also a marketing genius, as a series of viral ads for Old Spice prove.

Mustafa  took to Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, Digg, and Facebook to answer questions, only he did them in character as the Old Spice man.  The end results are a spectacularly funny series of very subtle Old Spice ads.  His response to an Alyssa Milano tweet is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen in a commercial.  While it was a one-day-only thing, the videos will live on forever thanks to the incredible creativity on display.  Make sure you check out Old Spice’s YouTube channel for more!
