Everyone knows we love a viral video here at Pop Fi.

Whether it’s an office worker going insane, an ugly divorce situation or the Obama kid, we try to keep on spreading the video love.

One of the latest to hit the Intertubes is a clip of folks using cell phones to heat up some kernels and make popcorn.

There are actually three versions of the video from three different countries. The set-up is pretty much the same in all three – young adults seated around a low table with a few kernels of corn centered amid four cell phones.

Is it real or is it a viral advertising campaign of some sorts or just a video hoax?
