I’ve heard a lot of people badmouthing Paranormal Activity.  I’ve also heard a lot of people praising the same movie.  I’ve still not seen it, so I can’t tell you what I think, but I can tell you that the trailer is creepy.  Even creepier is the trailer for Paranormal Activity 2, which hit theaters last night before midnight showings of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (just in time to scare the Edward panties off the teenage girls in the audience).

How’s the trailer look?  Well, pretty freaking disturbing, if you ask me.  Feel free to check it out for yourself.

If nothing else, Paramount can put together a very effective horror trailer, even for a very quickly turned-around sequel to a surprise hit movie.  The film itself might suck, but when you put the trailer out with Eclipse, people kind of expect suck.
