Rick Grimes, waiting on a zombie.

During last night’s premier episode of Breaking Bad, there was one reason to watch aside from Bryan Cranston and what just might be the best show on television right now.  That reason was an epic, brief minute of video featuring Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) bashing zombies in the head with a rock.  That’s right, The Walking Dead season 2 has a teaser trailer, and right below here you’ll be able to watch it in its full glory.

It’s weird.  The Walking Dead’s Season 2 teaser doesn’t show any of the new cast members being added, or any of our old favorites, or really ANYTHING from the record-breaking hit TV show but Rick and a chunk of rock, yet it’s the most exciting trailer I’ve seen since the first Walking Dead teaser trailer from forever ago.  This show can’t get back on the air fast enough, and I really hope the upcoming season is even BETTER than last season (which was appointment television in a whole lot of US households).

Let’s do this thing, AMC.  Bring me some zombies, post-haste!  I don’t think I can wait until October for more Walking Dead-iverse!
